Further investigation revealed, this sicko lives in Islington England , and travels frequently to Manchester.
on his facebook page it clearly shows the bathroom and same tub and personal effects as in the video.

It also shows him in various places around the london area smoking and drinking with his mates.
He has since deleted his facebook page and we could not figure out his REAL name. He used an Alias.
